I'm still planning on going there someday with my hubby; these photos just get me more excited, whether they're perfectly sharp or not. I like the editing you did with them. They remind me of photos you'd find in an archive or a museum.

We're going next September! Candice, I just love what you've done with the shots. It's amazing how you don't notice all the people with the way you've edited them! Gives me some ideas for some less than stellar European slides I have from the 70's. (I took your Oh Shoot Photo Class last year and am sooo happy that I did!) Glad to see you back on the blog!

Your panoramics are very interesting, they have reminded me of some panoramic photographs taken in the 1880's by Alexander Lamont Henderson, Royal photographer to Queen Victoria which can be viewed at www.vicpix.net/Italy. You also mentioned the number of people around, check out the ruins in Rome, there are NO people in the picture!
